Marktlink Capital (hereinafter: Marktlink) is a Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund Manager based in the Netherlands, with headquarters in Amsterdam. Since 2020, the company offers entrepreneurs and private investors access to the best PE & VC funds. Marktlink currently has a team of 45 professionals and manages over EUR 2 billion in capital commitments. This capital comes from over 2,000 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds. Due to their strong growth, Marktlink is looking for a Senior Investor Relations Officer to enhance their compliance framework and investor due diligence, based in their newest office in CitySide Amsterdam.
Functie
The current AML team is located in Amsterdam and consists of two Senior Investor Relations Officers and three CDD Analysts. To extend this team, Marktlink is looking for an energetic Senior Investor Relations Officer (full time) with a “hit-the-ground-running”-mentality that can help the company with the CDD (Customer Due Diligence) for their investors. Your responsibilities also include:
· Prepare and review, as required, Subscription Agreements for investors in the feeders and fund-of-funds and communicate directly with investors, as you will be their first point of contact for onboarding related matters;
· Prepare, review and keep up-to-date Investor Acceptance Forms in accordance with the company policies and procedures and also ensure appropriate and timely screening of investors and their related parties in Refinitiv WorldCheck 1;
· Ensure that investor profiles in the online investor portal are up-to-date and complete;
· Assist with fund closing processes, prepare and review corresponding closing documentation as required and assist with recurring regulatory filings such as FATCA CRS and perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Investor Relations Officer;
· Guide and train junior and medior members of the AML team.
Functie-eisen
· You have a Masters’ degree in law and at least 5 years of CDD-relevant work experience;
· A great sense of responsibility is a must have, and you take ownership of your work;
· You have a natural tendency to be curious, think outside the box and work independently;
· A good communicator with a strong team spirit with an analytical and critical mindset;
· You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.
