HDDN is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel Legal & Regulatory Developments for an internationally oriented asset manager.
Functie-eisen
• University law degree, in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU.
• Knowledge of EU financial law (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID 2, Sustainable Finance).
• At least 5-10 years relevant work experience with for example an asset manager,
specialized law firm or regulator.
• An international mind-set and good drafting skills (in English).
• The position is preferably full-time but part-time can be discussed.
