HDDN Legal Search is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate civil law notary corporate law (around 3-6 yrs pqe). You will work as an integral part of the team of lawyers and tax lawyers on high level transactions, for a leading boutique law firm in Amsterdam.

Functie
As a candidate civil law notary, you work as an integral part of the practice, together with the lawyers and tax lawyers. You will be involved in joint ventures, M&A transactions, VC and PE deals, international restructurings, securities, corporate governance and general corporate law advisory.
Functie-eisen
• Around 3-6 years of working experience as a candidate civil law notary at a multidisciplinary law firm. Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
• Proactive and hands-on team player with the desire to complement the practice and enable the firm to grow. Pragmatic and service oriented. Able to work independently with the interpersonal skills to fit into a collegiate team.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch.
